	Triple Screw Light Ale $3.50 Award Winner!! - A German styled light Ale brewed with American 2-row malt, soft white winter wheat, & imported German hops. Very pale colored, light bodied, slightly spicy with a floral aroma. Finishes dry and tart with a 4% alcohol content.

	Boiler Room Nut Brown Ale $3.50 Award Winner!! - A traditional British styled brown ale, brewed with imported Maris Otter malts, East Kent hops and British ale yeast. Translucent reddish brown in color and medium bodied. Roasted malt and light hop aroma, fruity and malty flavored with a firm nutty dryness. Served unfiltered it has a 5% alcohol content.

	Britannic Best Bitter $3.50 A traditional British styled ESB, brewed with imported Maris Otter pale and caramel malts, hopped with whole East Kent Goldings hops, and fermented with a British ale yeast. Amber colored with a fruity, malty and floral hop aroma and flavor with a deep hop bitterness. 5.5 % alcohol content.

	Captain Smith's Rye Ale $3.50 Award Winner!! - A German styled amber ale brewed with American 2-row pale malt and malted rye. Rye produces a complex flavored beer that is malty, fruity, and spicy, but slightly cereal in character. It finishes light clean and spicy. The color is amber. 6% alcohol content.

	White Star India Pale Ale $4.50 An American interpretation of a classic English ale. Brewed with domestic and imported malts, Northwest Cascade hops and British ale yeast. Smooth malty flavor underlying a huge floweriness of Cascade hops with notes of fruit, citrus and pine. Bitter hop finish. 6+% alcohol content.

	Shipbuilders Oatmeal Stout $4.50 Brewed with domestic and imported malts, rolled oats and Northwest hops. Opaque brownish black in color, very full bodied. Chocolate aroma, mocha coffee flavor with a creamy oatmeal smoothness. Hints of burnt currant and bitter hops. A deep finish of hops, fruit, roasted grain and oats. 6 % alcohol content

Though the hop character is intense, it is balanced with complex alcohol flavors and malt character. HURRICANE GALE FORCE ALE - An extremely pleasant lager-like blonde ale with hints of Orange Blossom Honey and a kick as powerful as the Hurricanes' defense! BRUXELLES BLONDE ALE - A robust, Belgian-style pale ale that is golden in color with relatively light body. This beer is brewed with light colored Belgian "candy" sugar. Mild spicy flavors are derived from the Belgian yeast strain. The beer is served unfiltered to help preserve flavor complexity.
