We offer our Irish-style red ale to celebrate St. Patrick. As the name implies, it has a reddish color. This ale has a medium hop bitterness and flavor. There is a caramel-like sweetness along with spicy and fruity flavors and aromas. ABV 6.5%

Is a light bodied ale well suited for warm weather drinking. The flavor is percieved as spice (like nutmeg or clove) and fruit (citrus and slightly banana). These flavors are achieved from the yeast, not from actual fruit or spice. The beer is unfiltered to preserve the yeast character. ABV 5%

Is brewed with Belgian yeast and a generous amount of American Hops. Honey Malt is used to help balance the hop bitterness. Florida wild flower honey contributes spicy sweet character. ABV. 6.5%

Is our American Style Barley Wine that has been aged with chips from Jack Daniels Whiskey Barrels. This is a well balanced ale with perceptible sweetness balanced with hop bitterness and oak barrel character. The flavor and aroma is complex with toffee or caramel character along with roasted malt, slight fruitiness and oak. ABV 9.0%

Is made with our Signature White Star India Pale Ale with nearly one half pound of Cascade Hops added to each keg resulting in a more aromatic brew. Cascade Hops contribute grapefruit-like flavor and aroma. ABV 7.0%

Terrapin Rye Pale Ale
We Consider this an extreme version of an American Pale Ale. It has a very up front floral and citrus aroma from a late cascade addition and dry hopping with Amarillo. This beer also has a big malt background to balance the bitterness of the hops. The rye malt cleans up your palette after you swallow so the hop flavor does not stick in your mouth too long. ABV 5.3%
